Enrolling at our school

​​​Step 1: Residing in our catch​​ment area

• Education Queensland’s online tool will assist you to determine your catchment school.

• Once you have determined that you reside in the Greenslopes State School catchment area, please ensure you have proof of residency documents available:
  
  * One primary source - a current lease agreement, rates notice or unconditional sale agreement, and 
  
  * One secondary source - a current utility bill (eg electricity or gas), showing this same address and parent's/legal guardian's name

Step 2: Application​

• Application for student enrolment
• Enrolment agreement
• General permissions
• ICT agreement
• State School consent form
• Religious instruction in school hours form (Year 1 to 6)

​Step 3: Enrolment interview

You will be required to attend an enrolment interview with the principal. Our Enrolment Officer will assist you to make an appointment at a convenient time. Prior to the interview we will need to see the following documents:

• Completed application for student enrolment form
• Completed permission forms
• Original, current proof of residency documents
• The child’s original birth certificate
• The child’s latest report card if they have attended another school
• Australian Citizenship (if applicable)
• If the child is born overseas, we will also need to see the child’s current passport, visa documents and, if applicable, confirmation of enrolmentan authority to enrol from Education Queensland International (see information below for international students)
